The Richmond Golf Club
Perfect for those who are new to Pilates and want to learn more about the method. In this class we will cover all 8 principles of Pilates, learn to establish neutral alignment, initiate lateral thoracic breathing and introduce the core movements.
A progressive class that incorporates varying levels of the Pilates movements so that individuals can build upon their previous practices.
A more challenging class for those with Pilates experience. Individuals will have mastered the progressive movements and be ready for the more demanding exercises that require established core stability.
An upbeat class, set to music, that incorporates the precision and alignment of Pilates movements combined with the additional challenge of short cardio bursts using weights and small equipment.
Group: £15 per class / £12 if booked as a block of classes
Private: 1:1 sessions - £60 per hour.
